Meet the Chef.

Born in Boston, MA, I grew up in a family that loved to cook! When I was 8 years old I was gifted an easy bake oven for Christmas, once I started cooking boxed mac & cheese in it, I knew I wanted to get creative in the kitchen. I chose to attend North Shore Community College where I graduated in 2016, earning an associate degree in Culinary Arts and Food Service. Then went on to gain experience in multiple restaurants, working my way up to Pastry Sous Chef before I moved to New Hampshire and became a stay-at-home mom of 3 beautiful children. 

 

During my time at home, I took on learning how to garden and grow food for my family. I also raised animals in my backyard while homeschooling my two daughters. In 2021, I completed my NH Real Estate License, but following more unresolved health complications with my 3rd pregnancy, I went on to become certified as a Holistic Nutritionist through AFPA Fitness where I learned about proper nutrition and how to use herbs. After 13 years of suffering with my health, I lost a total of 72lbs and began to heal my mind and body. 

 

The amount of love and care that goes into making these products shows the pure intention behind them. Encouraging and supporting healing through the mind - body - soul connection.
